Return and Refund Policy

At Uklana Food, operated by Shree Shyam Enterprises, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

• Orders may be cancelled before the restaurant starts preparing the food. 
• Once food preparation has begun, cancellation requests may not be accepted. 
• Prepaid orders cancelled before preparation will be refunded as per this policy. 

Refunds may be provided only in the following cases:

• Wrong item delivered. 
• Missing item in the order. 
• Damaged or spilled food. 
• Order cancelled by Uklana Food or restaurant. 
• Online payment deducted but order not confirmed. 

Refunds will not be provided if:

• Incorrect delivery address or phone number was provided. 
• Customer was unavailable during delivery. 
• Delay caused by weather, traffic or unforeseen circumstances. 
• Customer changes their mind after food preparation has started. 

• Approved refunds for online payments are processed to the original payment method. 
• Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider. 

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds (if applicable) will be handled based on the specific issue and company policy.
